Brief Introduction of Traction Winch Hydraulic System for Screw Pile Machine

牵引卷扬是螺杆桩机上的重点部件之一。简单介绍了螺杆桩机牵引工况后,对比分析了几种常见的桩机牵引形式。在此基础上,提出了一种新型的采用两台独立卷扬同步工作的液压系统,并详细介绍了其工作原理。分析表明使用这种液压系统能极大地改善桩机牵引的适应性,提高桩机的工作效率和可维护性,增强了螺杆桩机的多样化作业能力。

The pile winch is one of important parts of screw pile machine.After a brief introduction of the piling operation method,in the based of compared with a few of different piling type,proposed a new hydraulic system of piling with synchronous control of two independent winches and described the detailed working principal.Analysis results showed the hydraulic system of pile winch improved the piling performance adaptability and obtained good maintenance.At same time,the hydraulic system also increased the working efficiency and expanded the application field of screw pile machine.
