摘要
以酸浸锰渣、石灰和水泥为主要原料,用河砂作为骨料,采用压力成型的方法制备锰渣免蒸免烧砖的研究。采用单因子试验法确定了最佳的成型压力,并对影响强度的胶砂比进行了分析。采用正交试验法研究了原料的最佳配合比。通过测试免烧砖的抗压强度和利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了免烧砖性能与强度形成机理。最佳成型压力为25MPa,原料配比为:酸浸锰渣35%、河砂45%、水泥13%、生石灰7%,水固比0.3。
The acid leaching manganese residue non-burnt is developed by using electrelytic manganese residue-lime-cement as the main material ,added with certain quantities of aggregates-river sand and moulded by press .Orthogonal experimental method is used to determine the op- timal ratio of material. The factors which are affecting the strength of product are analyzed , such as plastic sand ratio and molding pressure. By tes- ting the compressive strength of it, doing XRD and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) , it showed the mechanism. The optimal molding pressure is 25 MPa , The optimum compositions of raw materials have been recommended as the following : electrolytic manganese 35%, sand45%, lime7%, cement13% ,water-solid ratio0.14.
