用LF钢包精炼炉生产电站转子钢锭

INGOTS MANUFACTURED BY LF FURNACE FOR POWER STATION ROTORS

本文论述电弧炉-LF(钢包精炼炉)生产电站转子钢锭工艺实施与质量方面的研究成果。LF处理的钢水,成分均匀、气体含量低、钢水纯洁度高,LF与MSD+Ar和VCD工艺配套,是生产电站转子钢锭的重要手段,转子锻件合格率95%以上。还研究了防止和减少外来夹杂物的措施。

This paper describes the investigation results in manufacturing process and quality of the ingots for power station rotors produced with EAF LF. Molten steel handled by LF has uniform composition, low gas content and high purity. LF furnace in conjunction with MSD+Ar and VCD process is an importent means for producing ingots for power station rotors and can make the acceptance rate of forgings to reach more than 95%. The measures for preventing and decreasing external inclusions in steel are also discussed.
