社区健康教育效果评价

Effect evaluation of community health education for residents

目的:评价以健康讲座为手段、社区居民为对象的社区健康教育效果,探讨健康教育方式。方法:采用完全随机抽样方法,从杭州市上城区6个街道54个社区范围中随机抽取10场健康讲座及受众居民为研究对象,采用自身前后对照来评价效果。结果:不同社区不同人数参与的不同内容的10场健康讲座共涉及253位社区居民,253人讲座后知识水平均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:在社区开展以健康讲座为主要形式的健康教育,效果较明显。

Objective To evaluate the effect of community health education with health lectures as a means and community residents as objects, and to discuss the ways of health education. Methods Using completely random sampling method,we randomly selected 10 health lectures and audience residents as the research objects from 54 communities of 6 residential neighborhoods in Shangcheng district of Hangzhou,and evaluated the effectiveness of lectures by compa- ring the conditions before the lecture and after the lecture. Results A total of 253 residents attended the 10 health lectures, the contents of which were different and the numbers of the participants were also different. The knowledge of all of those residents increased compared with that before the lectures（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions To carry out health education in the community with health lectures as the main form can achieve a good effect.
