摘要
利用热加工模拟试验机研究09MnNb中板在(γ+α)两相区终轧时,其变形抗力的变化规律及与显微组织之间的关系。变形抗力在两相区的高、中温区呈下降趋势,并伴有最小值,道次间应变残留率明显低于在γ低温区两道次变形。金相观察表明,钢中存在较多的α相,其动态恢复比较充分,奥氏体形变诱导相变促进了道次间γ→α相变,这是支配两相区变形抗力变化的内在因素。
The change law of deformation resistance and the relationship between deformation resistance and microstructure in (γ+α) region of 09 MnNb steel plate during hot rolling were investigated on Formastor-Press Simulator. The results show that the deformation resistance declins and minimum value appears at high or medium temperature in (γ+α) region. The remaining strain between two passes in (γ+α) region is less than that of lower temperature in γ region. Microstructures show that more a phase aexists in the steel. More complete dynamic recovery of α phase and γ→α strain-induced phase transformation are the dominanting reasons which result in changes of deformation resistance.
