摘要
利用Formastor-Press热模拟实验机,模拟优化车轮的生产工艺,表明间歇淬火方式比连续淬火方式优越,能得到更好的组织性能。确定最佳的生产工艺为:钢坯加热温度1150℃,淬火加热温度860~880℃,冷却速度10℃/s,间歇淬火的间歇比为0.5。由此可得到S=996A,d=7.5μm,t=350A的微细珠光体组织车轮。间歇淬火车轮的疲劳强度、耐磨性,均优于其它同类车轮。
It has been confirmed that the intermittent quenching is superior to continuous one in terms of getting better microstructure and mechanical properties. The optimum parameters for this are as follows: reheating temperature of the billet—1150℃, quenching temperature—860—880℃,cooling rate 10℃/s, intermittent ratio—0.5. A very fine pearlitic microstructure with S=996A,d=7.5 μm t=350 A can be obtained by such scheme. The fatigue strength and wear resistance of intermittent qnenched wheel are superior to that of other wheels.
