摘要
用于汽车轮网和轮辐的高强度RS50钢,采用控制轧制及控制冷却工艺,获得具有细晶粒铁素体和贝氏体的复合组织,其成型性、闪光焊接性和疲劳性能优良,达到进口同类钢的实物水平。制成的车轮已通过强化道路试验,并已正式装车使用。
This paper describes the industrial trial results on as-hot-rolled high strength sheet steel RS5O for automobile wheel rims and disks. It is possible to produce the steel RS5O of ferrite and bainite microstructure. by controlled polling and controlled cooling process. The steel shows good formability, good flash weldability, and high fatigue strength. The properties of the trialed steel has reached the level for the same steels imported. Stoned highway trials were undertaken. The steel has been put into the field for manufacturing automobile wheels.
