摘要
爆炸是电渣重熔生产中破坏性最大的事故类型,它的发生主要与电渣炉使用的水冷件有关。根据电渣重熔车间部分电渣炉爆炸事故分析结果,结合电渣炉生产的实际情况,编制了电渣炉爆炸故障树。采用布尔代数的运算法则求得了电渣炉爆炸故障树的最小割集;通过计算各基本事件的重要系数近似值,确定了它们的重要度顺序。在故障树分析的基础上,提出了防止电渣炉爆炸事故的控制措施。
The explosion is the most devastating accident in the electroslag remelting production and it always happens with the water- cooled component of the eleetroslag furnace. According to the analysis of some electroslag explosion accident cases and combining the electroslag production practice, the fault tree of the explosion of electroslag furnace is established. The smallest cutting sets of the fault tree are work out by Boolean formula. The structural importance sequence of the elementary events is confirmed by computing their ap- proximate values. Based on the fault tree analysis (FTA), the control measures to prevent the electroslag furnace explosion are proposed.
