摘要 为进一步改善立式板坯连铸机的不锈钢铸坯表面质量,通过对全流程钢水洁净度集成控制、采用优质合适的结晶器保护渣、稳定的结晶器工况、改善设备功能精度、振动参数优化等措施,使其板坯连铸机铸坯质量得以稳定提升,304卷板无修磨比例大幅提高,从9%达到78.2%,修磨损失率降至0.3%的水平,全钢种修磨损失率降至1.01%,同时轧后废品率也大幅度降低,降幅达50%,经济效益十分明显。 To improve the surface quality of stainless steel slab of vertical continuous casting machine, by using suitable mould covering slag and stable mould working condition, improving the accuracy of equipments' function, adjusting the vibration parameters, the steady improvement of quality of stainless steel was realized. The non-coping ratio of 304 roll bending was improved significantly from 9% to 78.2% and the coping loss-ratio was decreased to 0.3%, the coping loss-ratio of whole types of steel was decreased to 1.01%. Meanwhile, the rejection rate after rolling was also decreased substantially by 50%, the economic benefit was very significant.
