摘要 本文叙述近年来上海第五钢铁厂LF的技术进步。控制吹氩强度和吹氩时间,提高炉渣碱度和采用复合脱氧剂,使轴承钢的氧含量有所下降。LF精炼超低碳不锈钢技术表明真空度、供氩压力、供氧压力、粗钢液的含硅量和含碳量将影响钢液喷溅程度。LF精炼的一些合金钢的质量已达到进口钢材的水平,使30t电弧炉的生产率明显提高。新型镁碳砖已用于LF。铝硅铁、氧化钼和土状石墨已用于LF精炼钢。 The recent technical progress on the ladle furnace is described for Shanghai No.5 Steel Works. Controlling intensity and time of argon blowing, increasing slag basicity and adopting complex deoxidiser are helpful to reducing the oxygen content in bearing steels. The technologies of refinging extra-low carbon stainless steels in the LF show that the vacuum degree, the pressures in oxygen and argon blowing, the silicon and carbon contents in the crude steel influence the spurtting of the liquid steel. The quilities of some alloy steels refined in the LF are the same as those of the imported steel products. Productivity of the 30 ton electric arc furnace is obviously increased by the LF. A new type of Mg-C brick are used in the LF. The Al-Si-Fe complex deoxidiser, the molybdenum oxide and the earth-like graphite are also applied in the LF.
