基于农业资源利用的黑龙江垦区粮食稳定生产潜力分析

Analysis on the Grain Stable Production Potential Based on the Utilization of Agricultural Resources in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

粮食生产离不开农业资源的投入,而资源的稀缺性给粮食生产带来不稳定因素。基于黑龙江垦区农业资源利用现状和粮食生产现状的分析,得出粮食生产对农业资源利用的潜在影响;进一步对粮食生产中农业资源利用存在的问题进行分析,得出粮食稳定生产所需农业资源的利用潜力,进而明确耕地资源、水资源、农业生态资源和科研开发创新转化资源对粮食稳定生产的意义。

Grain production need the input of the agricultural resources, and the scarcity of resources brought about instability in grain production. The paper analyzed the status of agricultural resources utilization and grain production in Heilongjiang reclamation area, and showed that grain production had impact on agricultural resources; further analyzed the problem on agricultural resources utilization, drew the potential of agricultural resources utilization, and cleared the significance of resources of land,water, agro- ecological and research innovation transformation for the stable grain production.
