摘要
在成都市二环路改造工程中,为了最大限度地利用既有桥梁,减少资源浪费和环境污染,对二环路上的原羊西立交引桥采取了调坡顶升改造,使改造完成后的桥梁与新建高架桥对接。该文介绍了其顶升改造的关键技术,主要有:支架基础加固、断柱整体顶升、盖梁加宽改造、墩台顶升支架与限位、绳锯切割、同步顶升PLC系统、施工监控、墩柱接长与加固。
In order to make the most use of the existing bridges and to reduce the waste resources and environmental pollution in the reconstruction project of 2nd Ring Road in Chengdu, the approach bridge of the existing Yangxi Interchange in 2nd Ring Road is reconstructed by the lifting and adjustment technology to make the completed bridge be jointed with the new built viaduct. The article introduces the key technologies of its lifting and adjustment, mainly including the scaffold foundation reinforcement, broken column integral lifting, bent cap widening, pier lifting scaffold and spacing, wire sawing, integrate lifting PLC system, construction monitoring and pier extension and reinforcement.
