摘要
随着大跨径钢结构桥的发展,钢桥结构耐久为100 a,而钢桥面铺装一般3~4a就产生病害,所以钢桥面沥青铺装对工程质量影响尤为突出,基于泉州市田安大桥钢桥面铺装技术方案,双层改性沥青SMA直接铺设在正交异性钢板上,对施工流程及影响因进行简要素分析,可为今后施工提供借鉴.
With the development of long-span steel structural bridge, the structural durability of steel bridge is 100 a. But the pavement of steel bridge deck is damaged generally after 3~4 a. Therefore, the asphalt pavement of steel bridge deck is especially important to the engineering quality. Based on the steel deck pavement technological scheme of Quanzhou Tianan Bridge, the double-layer modified asphalt SMA is directly paved on the steel orthotropic plate. The article briefly analyzes the construction flow and influence factors, which can be referred for the construction in the future.
