摘要
研究如何更好地发挥同步碎石封层的功能层作用,提高耐久性,延长道路寿命。通过对同步碎石封层作用机理的初步探讨,对沥青用量及性质的影响、碎石粒径的影响及施工工艺的影响等进行了分析。国内外采用了不同指标和评价方法分析同步碎石封层的设计因素。结果表明:采用改性沥青作为结合料可较好地满足同步碎石封层的抗裂效果。同步碎石封层各设计方法和评价指标的初步探讨对于提高同步碎石封层的质量具有指导意义。此外,合理的施工工艺对于提高同步碎石封层作用也有显著影响。
The article studies how to better use the function coat of synchronous crushed stone seal coat, to improve the durability and to prolong the service life of road. The article initially discusses the mechanism of synchronous crushed stone seal coat, and analyzes the influences of asphalt usage and property, the influence of crushed stone size and the influence of construction technology. The different indexes and evaluation methods are used to analyze the design factors of synchronous crushed stone seal coat at home and abroad.The result shows that the modified asphalt, as the composed material, can better satisfy the anti-crack effect of synchronous crushed stone seal coat. The preliminary discussion of various design method and evaluation indexes of synchronous crushed stone seal coat has the guiding significance to improve the quality of synchronous crushed stone seal coat. In addition, the reasonable construction technology has the obvious effect to improve the action of synchronous crushed stone seal coat.
