摘要
当地铁隧道管片产生角部破损现象时,以往采用"双快"水泥进行简单修补,受材料和工艺限制,修补部位会发生再次破损和坠物等现象,进而影响列车运营安全。该文通过材料比选和工艺研究,提出了一种合理有效的管片破损修补技术,通过试验研究和现场应用,确定了地铁隧道管片破损修补的原则、材料和工艺技术,进一步提高隧道管片破损修补的质量。
The damaged segment angle of metro tunnel is easily repaired normally by the 'double fast'cement. The repaired parts will be re-damaged because of the material and technological limitation so as to affect the operation safety of train. According to the comparison of materials and the study of technologies, the article puts forward a reasonable and effective repair technology of damaged segment. The experimental study and field application determine the repair principle, material and technology of segment damage of metro tunnel in order to further improve the repair quality of tunnel segment damage.
