摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定珍菊降压片中绿原酸、氢氯噻嗪和蒙花苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为326 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸、氢氯噻嗪和蒙花苷线性范围分别为0.026~1.320μg(R^2=0.999 8),0.255~12.750μg(R^2=0.999 9)和0.104~5.180μg(R^2=0.999 8);平均回收率分别为98.29%(RSD=1.0%,n=6),98.41%(RSD=2.1%,n=6)和96.99%(RSD=1.6%,n=6)。结论:本法快速方便、精密度高、重复性和稳定性好,可用于珍菊降压片中绿原酸、氢氟噻嗪和蒙花苷三种成分的含量测定。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenio acid,hydrochlorothiazide and linarin in Zhenju Jiangya tablets.Method:The HPLC conditions included an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml ? min-1.The detection wavelength was 326nm and the column temperature was at 30℃.Result:The three ingredients had good linear relationships within the range of 0.026-1.320 μg(R2=0.999 8) for chlorogenic acid,0:255-12.750 μg(R2=0.999 9) for hydrochlorothiazide,and 0.104-5.180μg(R2=0.999 8) for linarin.The average recovery was 98.29%(RSD = 1.0%),98.41%(RSD = 2.1%) and 96.99%(RSD = 1.6%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is stable with high precision and good repeatability.It can be used in the determination of chlorogenic acid,hydrochlorothiazide and linarin in Zhenju Jiangya tablets.
