系统化医院药学教学培训模式的探索实践 被引量:19

摘要 目的:构建系统化医院药学教学培训模式,加强人才培养,提高药学服务团队水平。方法:总结多年来医院药学的教学培训组织经验,借鉴国外药学教育模式,结合PDCA质量控制理论,逐步完善细化教学培训各环节,建立系统化层次性医院药学教学培训模式。结果:按照临床药师师资学员、临床药师学员、住院药师学员,研究生、本科生、进修生,药学工作人员七个层次,制定适应医院药学不同岗位特点和知识技能需求的医院药学教学培训体系,保持教学制度规范、层次目标明确、培训实施合理、质量持续改进。结论:系统化医院药学教学培训的建立有助于促进医院药学人才队伍的建设,提供优质药学服务,强化药学学科建设。 Objective:To establish a systematic hospital pharmacy teaching and training pattern in order to strengthen the personnel training and improve the team level of pharmaceutical service.Method:Our experiences of pharmaceutical teaching and training for years were summarized,foreign models of pharmaceutical education were learned,and the plan-do-check-action(PDCA) quality control theory was combined.Then the systematic pattern was established by gradually improving every link of teaching and training.Result:According to seven levels,namely qualified teachers of clinical pharmacists,clinical pharmacists,resident pharmacists,graduate students,undergraduate students,advanced students and pharmaceutical employees,a hospital pharmacy teaching and training system was adapted with different position characteristics and skill requirements.The system showed normative institution,clear level and aim, appropriate training program and continuous quality improvement.Conclusion:The establishment of the systematic hospital pharmacy teaching and training pattern can contribute to the construction promotion of pharmaceutical talent team,provide high quality pharmaceutical service and strengthen the pharmaceutical discipline construction.
