摘要
针对氯化反应釜反应失控火灾爆炸危险因素和事故类型多而复杂、事故后果严重且难以有效防控的特点,以天津某制药企业为例,通过对氯化生产使用异戊二烯理化特性和火灾爆炸危险性的分析,给出灾害模式.针对氯化反应釜反应失控后果进行定量分析,利用TNT当量法和热辐射模型,分析评估了在氯化反应釜失控,异戊二烯全部挥发的极端状况下的事故后果.通过定量分析事故严重程度,研究氯化反应釜安全联锁装置的配备,能够有效防止氯化反应釜失控,杜绝火灾爆炸事故发生,为确保企业安全生产提供帮助.
In a pharmaceutical enterprise in Tianjin,the disaster mode was given through risk analysis of physical and chemical properties of isoprene using in chlorination process.According to the quantitative analysis of chlorinated reaction kettle reaction out of control,the TNT equivalent method and thermal radiation model was used to evaluate the accident consequences.Through the quantitative analysis of the accident severity,the safety interlocking device equipped with chlorination reaction kettle can effectively prevent the chlorination reaction kettle out of control,put an end to fire and explosion accident,and provide help to ensure the intrinsically safe of the firm.
