摘要
建立了基于结构光3维成像技术的乳房3维形态重建系统.使用结构光照射乳房并利用CCD进行2维图像采集;建立2维结构光图像到3维坐标的算法;通过计算机程序计算获得乳房3维坐标并进行可视化再现.实现了计算机辅助图像自动采集、3维坐标解析、乳房形态3维动态显示等功能.该系统可以准确地再现乳房的3维形态,为合理设计乳房再造手术方案和术后效果评估提供了有效手段.
A system of the 3Dreconstruction for the shape of breast by structured light 3 D imaging technology is established.Structured light is projected on and the corresponding 2D image is acquired by CCD camera, establish the algorithm for 3Dcoordinates based on structured light 2Dimage, 3Dcoordinates of breast and the visualization of its 3Dshape are implemented by computre and software.Computre-aided image collection, 3Dcoordinates analyzing, and 3Ddynamic visualization for the shape of breast can be achieved automatically by this system.The 3Dshape of breast can be acquired accurately, which provides a effective method for rational design of breast reconstruction surgery and evaluation for the effect after surgery.
