大型水电开发企业业主能力研究

Study on the ability of hydropower enterprise owner

本文通过研究大型水电开发企业业主能力与项目绩效的影响因素,提出了与绩效相关的业主能力指标体系。通过问卷调研与半结构化访谈,对模型进行验证,揭示出了大型水电开发企业业主能力与项目绩效的构成因素,并找出与项目绩效显著相关的业主能力指标。本文对水电开发企业业主能力与项目绩效管理,以及通过企业自身能力建设,提升项目绩效,起到一定的指导作用。

For large hydropower development enterprises, this paper presents a study on the owner＇s ability and its factors, and puts forth a project performance indicators model. This model was verified with the data that were collected through a questionnaire survey and semistructured interviews. The results show a significant correlation of the owner＇s ability with project performance and they would provide a guide for improvement of owner＇s ability and project performance.
