摘要
在30t电弧炉中生产49炉特殊用途的钢管毛坯用钢,以其氧化期强化脱磷操作工艺参数为背景,对各有关参数进行热力学条件和冶金过程动力学分析;提出最佳脱磷条件为:熔池温度1560~1580℃,渣量为钢水量的3.0~4.0%,氧化渣碱度大于3.5,(FeO)15~25%并保证足够的供氧量;绘制的脱磷工作曲线是制定最佳脱磷操作工艺参数的依据。
Thermodynamics and kinetics of reinforced dephosphorization during the oxidation process has been analyzed using the date of 49 heats on a 30 t electric arc furnace. The test condition for dephosphorization proposed are as follows bath temperature-1560~1580℃, slag quantity-3.0~4.0% of liquid steel, slag basicity more than 3.5. The amount of (FeO) is between 15~25%, and enough oxygen supply must be ensured. The best process parameters can be obtained in accodance with drawn diagrams for the dephosphorization process.
