上海市浦东新区宾馆内设洗衣房卫生设施设备及环境卫生现况调查及分析

Ivestigation and analysis of hotels' halth facilities and environment health in Pudong,Shanghai

目的了解上海市浦东新区宾馆内设洗衣房环境卫生及卫生设施设备现况。方法设计统一调查表对被调查洗衣房场地及环境卫生、卫生设施设备情况等内容开展卫生学调查,对洗衣房空气进行采样并送检,现场检测温度、相对湿度、风速、照度、噪声、可吸入颗粒物。结果50%洗衣房地面有积水,20%有墙壁有霉斑,70%屋顶有积尘,20%有排水沟,均放有垃圾桶;所有洗衣房均未配备局部排风设施,80%未配备紫外线消毒灯,20%未配备除尘设备;温度、照度合格率为0%,相对湿度、风速、可吸入颗粒合格率分别为60%、70%和80%;干洗机开门时员工操作区四氯乙烯浓度较高,最高浓度值达229.00mg/m3,平均浓度值为61.59mg/m3,超标率为20%。结论宾馆内设洗衣房在环境卫生、卫生设施设备等方面存在不足,有关部门应加强监管。

Objective To evaluate the current situation of the hotel laundry room sanitation facilities and environmental hygiene. Method Uniformed Questionnaire was designed to investigate the situation of the laundry room sanitation facilities and environmental hygiene,and the hygienic specifications （relevant to bacteria amount, tetrachloroethylene, temperature, elative humidity, wind speed, illuminance, noise, respirable particulate matter） of the laundry room were monitored. Result 50% of the laundry rooms＇ ground was seepy, 20% of the laundry rooms＇ walls were mildewy, 70% of the laundry rooms＇ roofs were dusty, and every laundry set a garbage can in the room. All laundry rooms lacked local exhaust ventilation facilities, 80% of these rooms lacked UV disinfection lamps and 20% lacked dust catchers. The passing rate of the temperature, illuminance, elative humidity, wind speed, respirable particulate matter was 0%, 0%, 60%, 70% and 80%, respectively. When the dry washer＇ s cover was opened ,the location of the employer who operated the dry washer had a higher level of tetrachloroethylene than any other locations. The maximum concentration of the tetrachloroethylene was 229.00mg/m3, and the mean concentration 61.59mg/m3, and 20% of the detection value exceeded the standard. Conclusion Health deficiencies still exist in the hotel laundry room according to the investigation, and Health supervision departments should take more measures.
