钠基蒙脱石处理损纸降低造纸水足迹研究

摘要 在处理纸机损纸时添加钠基蒙脱石,可有效降低损纸中的胶黏物含量,提高成纸强度,同时,纸机效率也有所提高,而且,还能降低清水消耗量,进而减少造纸水足迹。 In this paper,the Na-based montmorillonite was added into the broke paper pulp,the content of the pitch in the broke paper pulp was efficiently decreased,the strength of the produced paper was improved,and the efficiency of the paper machine was also improved.At the same time,the consumption of clean water was dropped,therefore decreased the water footprint.
