摘要
通过热模型实验对纯氧顶底复吹转炉的冶金反应规律进行了研究。在复吹冶炼过程中,从底部中心吹入的惰性气体具有两种作用:1)能加快金属熔池内部元素传质的搅拌作用(在吹炼初期、末期显著);2)降低金属熔池的h。/h_B所产生的软吹作用(在吹炼中期略显著)。
A laboratory study was carried out in a hot model to investigate the characteristics of metallurgical reactions in oxygen top-bottom combined blowing process. The experimental results show that bottem blown inert gas has effects on metallurgical reactions in two aspects the acceleration of element mass transfer by stirring and the soft blowing induced by reduction of the . The effect of stirring is remarkable at the initial and final stages. But the effect of soft blowing is remarkabale in the intermediate period.
