创伤性失血性休克对机体微血管影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨创伤性失血性休克(THS)发生过程中失血量变化及对微血管的影响。方法选择SPF大鼠10只,通过急性失血损伤方式建立收缩压下降曲线,形成发生过程分段的THS动物模型,相应位置留取血样,取得失血量及选择griess显色法检测一氧化氮(N0)含量,THS不同位置失血量与N0含量分别进行组间比较。结果失血量组间在收缩压基础值3/4与Z/3、基础值1/2与40mmHg,40mmHg与30mmHg,基础值1/5与10mmHg间差异有统计学显著性意义(P〈O.05),N0含量组间在收缩压基础值3/4与2/3、基础值1/5与10mmHg间差异有统计学显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论THS发生前期及后期N0含量随失血量增加而显著升高,过程中N0含量与失血量的关联度高,可为尽快建立相应治疗措施及减少缺血再灌注损伤等提供实验依据。 Objective To explore blood loss volume and the minuteness blood vessel occurred at different stages in the process of traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS). Methods Selected 10 rats for SPF and acute blood loss is selected as the methods of rats' damage. The process of THS animal model was sectioned according to the systolic blood pressure declining curve, and collection blood in related position and blood specimens were remained for data of blood loss volume and choose the griess chromogenic method to detection nitric oxide (NO), and TSH different location of blood loss and NO content were compared between groups. Results Blood loss between groups on the basis of the systolic blood pressure values had significant differ- ence between 3/4 and 2/3 of baseline systolic blood pressure, 1/2 of baseline systolic blood pressure and 40 mmHg,40 mm- Hg and 30 mmHg,1/5 of baseline systolic blood pressure and 10 mmHg of statistical significance (P〈0.05),NO content between groups on the basis of the systolic blood pressure values had significant difference between 3/4 and 2/3 of baseline systolic blood pressure, 1/5 of baseline systolic blood pressure and 10 mmHg of statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion TSH occurred early and late NO content significantly increased with the increase of blood loss,and the NO content and blood loss in the process of high sensitivity. In order to establish the corresponding treatment measures as soon as possible and reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury to provide experimental basis.
