摘要
利用热变形模拟试验机(Formaster-PressSimulator)对SS41钢做单道次和多道次压缩试验表明,该钢发生动态再结晶的临界应变εc和稳态应变εs与Z参数成指数关系,屈服应力σ0.2=1.12Z^(0.15)和σ-p=2.23Z^(0.15)。由单道次变形回归的σ=0.827ε^(0.353)ε^(0.0000718T)Kexp(4268/T_(k))可直接用于计算多道次变形的流变应力。
Single-stage and multi-stage deformation tests on SS41 steel have been carried out at a For-master-Press Simulator. It is shown that the dependence of the critical strain ε_e and the steady strain ε_s on Z parameter is in a power relationship. The dependence of the yield stress 0o.i and the peak stress σ_p on Z parameter is as followsσ_0.2=1.12 Z^0.15σ_p=2.23 Z^0.15The repression expression of flow stress on deformation derived from single-stage deformation is as followsσ=0.827ε~0.353ε~0.0000718T k exp(4268/(Tk'))It may be used directly to calculate the flow stress of multi-stage deformation.
