摘要 随着医疗卫生信息化的发展,电子病历与健康档案积累的海量数据使得基于大数据挖掘与分析的智能医疗推荐成为可能。在本文研究中,为实现大数据量复杂情况下的医疗推荐,提出异构医疗信息网络描述模型,挖掘医疗过程上下文环境中各参与方异构对象(患者、医师、疾病、治疗手段等)之间的关系;在异构医疗信息网络模型基础上构造各参与方对象排序模型;考虑排序和聚类的过程,构造新型智能医疗推荐系统。 With the development of health care informatics, huge amounts information of e-medical records and e-health records will help intelligent medical recommendation which based on data mining to be possible. This paper mainly focus to realize medical recommendations based on complex big data, and to propose descriptive model of heterogeneous medical information network, to excavate medical procedure parties’ relationship involved in the context of heterogeneous objects (patients, doctors, disease, treatment, etc.); to build up object-series models based on heterogeneous healthcare information network model; Also to consider the progress of ordering and clustering, and to make a new structure of intelligent medical recommendation system.
