该文指出,中国台湾地区组建的财团法人性质的金融消费评议中心,作为单一、独立处理金融消费争议的机构,运行以来通过法制化的争议处理机制确保了公平合理、快速有效地保护金融消费者利益,对中国大陆地区具有借鉴意义。
As a sole and independent institution handling financial consumption disputes established in Tai- wan, the Taiwan Financial Consumption Assessment Center ensures to protect the financial eonsumers＇rights fairly, rationally, rapidly and effectively through the legal disputes resolving mechanism, which is a meaningful reference to the Mainland of China.
