摘要
本文研究了稀土元素对60CrMnMo热轧辊用钢夹杂物大小、形态与属性的影响,同时测试了不同稀土含量的60CrMnMo钢在工作温度的塑性、冲击韧性及室温的冲击韧性,从而得出,提高60CrMnMo钢的塑性和韧性的合适加入量应为0.05~0.10%。
The effect of RE (Rare Earth Element) addition on the size, morphology and behavior of inclusion in steel 60CrMnMo for hot-rolling rollers has been studied. The plasticity and impact toughness at higher temperature and ambient impact toughness with different RE additions were examined. It is concluded that the optimum amount of RE addition is about 0.05-0.10% for improving the plasticity and impact toughness of steel 60CrMnMo.
