摘要
近些年来中国工会研究正趋于学术化、规范化和专业化,不过从理论创新和知识积累来看,这种趋势仍有待加强。今后应更注重对具体层级的工会运作机制的实证研究,以及对中国工会的制度变迁史研究,以此来提炼出具有分析性的概念及可检验的研究假设,从而建立起能对中国特色社会主义工会发展道路进行抽象概括的理论体系。
In recent years,China's trade union research has tended to academic,standardization and professional.However,theoretical innovation and knowledge accumulation of trade union research needs to be improved.In the future,researchers should pay more attention to empirical study on trade union running mechanism at grass-roots level,and on the history of the institutional changes of China's trade union,so as to Abstract analyzing concepts and testable hypothesis,and to build up theoretical system which can refine the socialist trade union development path with Chinese characteristics.
