摘要
我国乡镇煤矿数量众多,吸纳大量农民工就业,但劳动关系状况不容乐观,劳动者的基本生命权与安全权难以得到保障。由于煤炭生产行业的特殊性,乡镇煤矿劳动关系博弈中涉及四方主体,由此可以建立中央政府——地方政府——乡镇煤矿——劳动者博弈模型。在整个博弈中,政府的策略选择对劳动关系状况的形成起到关键作用,政府策略的合理选择有利于构建和谐乡镇煤矿劳动关系。
In China,township colliery exists in great number and creates a large number of jobs for migrant workers.However,the severity of labor relations problems of township colliery puts a very difficult situation in front of us.Since the particularity of colliery,the labor relations model of township colliery includes four actors,means the central government,local government,colliery and employees.The government strategic options are play a key role in building up harmonious labor relations in township colliery.
