摘要
我国改革开放30多年来,随着城市化、工业化、市场化、国际化进程的加快,经济社会转型中孕育诞生了"楼宇工会"。在以上海为中心城市的拉动下,处在南通市城市核心地位的崇川区工会组织也在转型中前行。本文拟就该区楼宇工会的诞生、组建、作用等作一理性剖析。
