摘要
企业自身环境是影响职工敬业的决定因素,职工个体特征是影响职工敬业的有效因素,外部社会环境在一定程度上产生着影响,提升企业职工敬业水平,需进一步完善并强化激励措施、促进分配公平、推进企业基层民主。
The own environment of enterprises is the determinant of professional dedication of workers and staff.Personal characteristics are effective factors of professional dedication.External social environment influences on professional dedication to some extent.In order to improve professional dedication of workers,we should improve motivation mechanism,and enhance distribution justice and democracy at grass-roots level.
