On Occupation Disparity of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

由于中国目前事实上严重存在的行业垄断、行业收入差距以及地区经济发展水平的不均衡,使得新生代农民工能否在一个"机会"更多的城市进入一个收入不错的行业并获得一个稳定的位置,直接决定了所获职业的前景与"钱"景。不同行业间自然形成的收入以及福利差距必然对新生代农民工收入水平以及社会地位的改变产生不同影响,进而促成这个年轻群体不可避免地出现职业分化趋势。
