An Analysis of Teaching Methods of Trade Union Theory

学习和掌握工会基本理论是工会干部培训的重要内容。承担工会理论教学任务的教师,应当深入实际,了解工会干部对于培训内容的基本需求和要求,从而有针对性地备课和授课。作为授课教师,在思想和理论上要与时俱进,密切关注工会工作实践中的创新,及时对工会工作的新鲜经验进行总结和理论升华,通过具有典型意义的案例,阐述工会理论观点。教学中,还应根据成人学习的特点,以通俗和生动的语言、饱满的热情,传授理论知识,提高工会干部的学习兴趣。

Trade union theory is the important content of trade union cadre training.As teachers of trade union theory,we should adhere to the ideological guideline of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts,and upholds the spirit of advancing with time,arouse the enthusiasm of learning of trade union cadres through case study and vivid language.
