摘要
现今在处理和解决劳动关系纠纷上的方法主要集中在劳动仲裁和向法院提起诉讼两个大方面。在实践过程中发现,无论是劳动仲裁和法院审判,虽使得表面问题得到解决,但雇主与雇员之间的劳动关系则会随仲裁和审判的结束而结束。这对于劳资双方的利益都是一种损害。
Nowadays the main paths of settling labor disputes are labor arbitration and lawsuit. In the process of practice, either labor arbitration or lawsuit can only settle surface problems, the labor relations between employer and employee will be broken. It harms the interests of both parties.
