摘要
女职工权益保护是工会组织的重要工作。就青海省部分企业实际情况来看,尽管女职工的权益在一定程度上得到了保护,但依然存在着工作不到位、效果欠佳等问题。为进一步强化女工工作,把女工权益维护落到实处,使工会组织真正成为职工之家,有必要建立行之有效的女工干部能力提升机制,促进女职工权益维护工作健康发展。
To protect female employees' labor rights is an important work of trade union. This survey of some enterprises in Qing- hal province shows that although female employees' labor rights have been protected to a certain extent, but many problems still need to be solved.
