安徽省淮北市农村社会养老保险研究

On Rural Social Endowment Insurance in Huaibei City of Anhui Province

淮北市农村人口的老龄化程度问题日趋严重,农民的养老问题急需解决。通过对安徽省淮北市农村社会养老保险进行调查研究,发现新型农村养老保险制度设计层面与政策执行过程中仍存在问题,并由此提出相应对策:增加政府公共财政投入;提高养老金待遇水平;加强管理监督与经办服务等。

Through an investigation of rural social endowment insurance in Huaibei City of Anhui Province, the author finds problems in the designing and implementing process of the new rural social endowment insurance system. The paper provides some policy suggestions such as to increase public financial income of government, to improve pension benefits, to promote administration and supervision and so on.
