成人高等教育学习需求研究综述

A Review of Researches on the Learning Demand in Adult Higher Education

越来越多的研究者意识到了解成人高等教育学习需求的紧迫性和必要性,目前有关这方面的研究状况值得关注和总结;文献综述结果表明成人高等教育研究者在学习动机方面研究较为成熟,对学习需求维度的选取基本围绕个体学习所需的几个要素展开,而且有关学习需求的研究数量较少,后续应增大研究数量并在对学习需求维度的划分方面力求做到理论与实践相结合,在研究方法方面增强实证研究法,从而提高学习需求研究的科学性。

More and more researchers are convinced of the necessity and urgency of understanding the learning demand of adult higher education. The researches review shows that on the one hand, the researches on students＇ learning motivations of adult high- er education are rather mature. The researches are launched around some aspects of individual learning. On the other hand, the re- searches on learning demand are too little, we should pay more attention to study on learning demand and empirical research meth- ods so as to improve the scientificalness of research.
