连续热镀锌工艺中锌量的控制规律

摘要 从理论与实践结合的角度,分析了连续热镀锌作业线锌锭耗量与镀锌板厚度、锌层牌号、技术操作水平、产品成材率及各种镀层计划产量间的关系。减少锌耗的有效途径是降低锌层重量、提高锌层厚度控制水平、减少散差、提高成材率。镀锌板产品市场价格一定的情况下,按不同厚度合理选择和控制镀锌量,既能保证产品各项技术质量指标,又使企业获最低锌锭消耗和最佳经济效益。 This paper analyzes, combining theory with practice, the relationship between zinc consumption of continuous hot galvanizing line and coating thickness, grade of zinc layer, technical operational level, yeild of product and devised productivity of various coated layers. Effective method for reducing the consumption is indicated in this paper, i. e., to reduce weight of zinc layer, increase controlling level of zinc layer thickness, reduce tolerance and increase the yield of products. Under condition of stable market price of galvanized sheet, the paper also investigates the relationship between production cost of galvanized sheet and thickness of original proper sheet and galvanizing quantity. Proper choice and control of galvanizing quantity must be made in accordance with different thickness, so that not only every index of technique and quality is guaranteed, but also the minimum zinc consumption and best economic benefit is gained by enterprises.
