讨论了积分球均匀光源在 CCD、TDI焦平面阵列器件、数码相机和遥感、天文观测探测系统标定中的应用 。
The paper discussed the applications of integrating sphere uniform source in the calibration of new types of opto electrical imaging devices such as CCD and TDI focal plane array or complete digital cameras and remote sensing systems. The uniformity of the output light field of integrating sphere uniform source and its changes along with propagation axial were also discussed. Both theoretical and digital analysis were given.
