摘要
国有企业是我们国家社会主义市场经济体系中最重要的基本力量。因此国有企业不仅在经济发展中负有重大的责任,同时它还肩负着重大的社会责任、政治责任、文化责任。国有企业的职工文化建设因为企业本身的特殊历史地位和重要性成为非常有意义的研究领域。把职工文化建设作为工会履行维护职能的重要手段,了解认识国有企业职工的文化需求,建立或建设职工对文化需求的各种实现通道,达到满足职工文化的需求职工文化建设,是推动社会主义精神文明和物质文明全面发展,职工思想道德素质和科学文化素质全面提高,职工队伍整体素质全面提高,职工基本文化权益得到更好保障,使其转变成为促进企业发展和职工提升的正能量。
State - owned enterprise is the most important main strength of our socialist market economy system. SOEs not only bear the responsibility of economic development, but also bear important social responsibility, political responsibility and cultural re- sponsibility. The construction of employee culture in SOEs has become a profound research project due to the special historical sta- tus and importance of SOEs. The construction of employee culture is an important measure of exercising trade union' s function of labor protection, and of pursuing the development of socialist ideological progress and material progress. To understand employees' culture demand in SOEs and to build up the ways to construct employee culture will raise ideological and ethical standard of em- ployees comprehensively, protect the basic labor rights to culture, and create positive energy of enhancing enterprises development and employee improvement.
