新疆乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区工会带动公园北街餐饮服务业一条街工会联合会,结合餐饮服务业特点,精心设计载体,从权益保障、人文关怀、教育培训、活动开展等方面发挥工会组织作用,达到了党政满意、社会满意、企业满意、职工满意、工会满意的效果,为餐饮服务业工会工作的提升与发展总结了经验,为街道餐饮服务业组建工会、开展工资集体协商提供了有益的启示。

The Trade Union Federation of Saybagh district of Urumqi city of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has organized the trade union federation of catering industry of Gongyuan Beijie. They gave full play to trade union＇ s role of labor rights protection, humanistic care, education and training and other activities, and resulted to the satisfaction of the government, society, enterpri- ses, employees and trade unions. Their experiences of trade union work in catering industry provide helpful enlightenment for or- ganizing trade union and enhancing collective consultation on wages in catering industry.
