摘要
高职教育作为高等教育中的一种新类型,发展历史短,学生起点低。对于高等职业教育而言,高职的培养目标就是培养实用型技术人才,要求高职的教学必须具有岗位的针对性,要培养学生的职业技能。何种培养模式更适用于高职教育,和"2.5+0.5"培养模式相比,阶梯式培养模式更适合于高职英语专业的学生,学生的职业技能能够得到更充分的发展,符合高职人才培养以职业能力发展为主的培养目标。
Vocational English education is a new form in higher education. It has a short history and the students are on a low level. As to higher vocational education, its target is to train the practical and technological talents. This requires the teaching must aim at the job market and develop their job skills. What kind of training mode is more suitable for vocational college education, compared with "2. 5 + 0. 5" training mode, it seems that cascade training mode is more suitable for vocational college education, especially for the English major, as it gives priority to students' vocationally skills development, which is exactly in line with target of the vocational talents training.
