摘要
本文介绍了应用金属软管和胶粘剂修复高炉冷却壁本体内断裂弯管的技术。试验研究指出,该工艺适合冷却壁水管工况,确保了修复弯管的可靠性。高炉应用结果表明,对延长冷却壁寿命起到了积极的作用。
The process for repairing the bend pipe in cooling stave with application of flexible metal tube and adhesive substance is introduced. The experiments show that the technology is suitable to performance characteristics of cooling water pipe and the reliability of renewed pipe is ensured. Practical results show active effect to the life of the cooling stave.
