摘要
以西仪集团有限责任公司实施敏捷生产管理模式为实例 ,在分析其生产特点和管理状况的基础上 ,从生产计划敏捷化管理、生产控制敏捷化管理和经营过程再造等 3个方面 ,系统地研究了敏捷化生产管理模式在西仪集团有限责任公司的实施途径 。
On the basis of analysing manufacturing features and management of Xi'an Instrument Group Co., Ltd. whcih is actualizing agile manufacturing management, the implementation of agile manufacturing management pattern is systematically studied from the three aspects, namely agile management of manufacturing plan and control and business process reengineering. The sample evaluation of the effect of agile manufacturing management is given.
