摘要
根据国内自动化立体仓库物料的主要存放模式 ,在分析堆垛机自动存取方式的基础上 ,说明库位号与堆垛机运作的关系 ,分析影响堆垛机运作效率的各种因素 ,提出库位优化的思想 ,并根据具体参数通过编程给出几种优化分布的库位号 。
According to the main store styles of stuffs in China’s automated stereo warehouses, the relation between the shelves number and stacker operation is discussed on the basis of the analysis related to AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval system), the idea of optimizing the shelves number is put forward, and optimum arrangement is given through programming according to specific parameters. Finally the simulation result is analyzed to compare the recommended style with the traditional style.
