摘要
分析探讨了国有企业效益低下、缺乏活力的问题 ,指出经营者和生产者的利益与企业利益的不一致是其深层次的原因 ,搞活国有企业必须搞活经营者 。
This article discusses the problems of low efficiency and stagnancy of state owned enterprises and its hidden causes. It also proposes that to invigorate the state owned enterprises, we must invigorate the managers, and a blue print for the settlement of such problems is sketched out.
