摘要
叙述了金属敞焰少无氧化加热炉内的炉温制度和传热特征。根据金属高温氧化动力学规律的研究结果,利用电子计算机进行了钢坯加热计算,得出了合理的敞焰少无氧化加热的炉温制度,并对该制度下的金属烧损进行了预测。
The characteristics of temperature regime and heat transfer inside a metal heating furnace of open flame and slight or non-oxidizing heating type are given According to kinetic study en metal oxidizing at high temperature the caculation for heating billet by using computer has been carried out. The proper temperature regime has been obtained and the forecast on amount of metal oxidizing has been conducted.
