Anti-Corrosin Control Matters of the Hydrocracking Unit High-pressure Air Cooler

加氢裂化装置高压空冷器是装置关键核心设备之一,受操作压力、温度与介质等条件影响,易发生腐蚀泄漏问题。本文从生产控制与检维修两方面,总结归纳了加氢裂化装置高压空冷管防腐蚀控制事项,并对管束腐蚀泄漏的原因进行初步分析。

Hydrocracking unit high-pressure air cooler is one of the most key equipment of device. Influenced by the operating pressure, temperature and the medium, it＇s easy to cause the corrosion and leakage problem. In this paper, we genealize the anticorrosion matter of hydrocracking unit high pressure air cooler from production cotrolling and inspention maintenance, and analyse the reason of tube bundle corrosion and leakage preliminary.
